John Patrick Golden, Ed.D.

     Dr. Golden is a specialist in Organizational and Educational Psychology and a recognized expert in Career Management and Personality Assessment. He is the owner and developer of the Golden Personality Type Profiler^tm (GPTP), also known as the ORA Personality Profiler®; Values Arrangement List^tm (VAL); Values Arrangement List for Organizations^tm (VALOR); Student Personality Profiler (SPP); and related support publications for each of these instruments. Dr. Golden has been in the field of Organizational Development for over 20 years and has administered these and other instruments to more than 10,000 people in industry, government, and educational settings. He has conducted certification training in many settings for the professional community in the U.S. and in Singapore in one-on-one, group, and in-house sessions. Dr. Golden is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Development and Change at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. He received his Master and Doctoral Degrees from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
