How Does An Online Account Work?

1. Complete the Online Account Application. If you meet the minimum qualification requirements, your online account will immediately established and you will receive an e-mail with your appropriate account login information. Otherwise, your information will be reviewed and we may contact you to obtain additional information related to your application. Be sure you read the certification and qualification standards before you complete the account application.

2. When your account has been established, you will be provided with an introductory letter welcoming you to GoldenLLC.com and providing you with all the information you need to know to get started administering on-line assessments. In fact, to help you get acquainted with your new account and the available surveys, you can take two of each assessment at no charge provided these trial surveys are completed within 25 days of your accounts activation.

3. When you are ready to start using your account with your clients, you simply provide them with the site address www.GoldenLLC.com and your personal Access Code. Be certain to tell them which assessment(s) they are to take! Once a survey is completed, you are notified immediately by email. You can then download your clients' survey reports from your private and confidential administration account and view it using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

4. At the end of each month, your account will only be charged for the surveys that you have downloaded that month. The cost for online surveys is dependant on the number of surveys downloaded during the month.
