A
Better Tool to Assess Personality
The Golden Personality Type Profiler can help
a person understand the basis for their decision-making and the way they relate to other people. Other assessments categorize
a person into a single type. These over-simplified labels make no allowance for the subtle differences between people
of the same type.
Critics
have long contended that typeoriented approaches to personality are too simplistic and often inaccurate. This tool overcomes
those limitations with a report that measures 36 additional Facet Scales. Not only can you see Jungian 4-letter personality
type, but also the subtle facets, which make up that personality type.
The Golden Personality Type Profiler is different from other
personality assessment instruments.
Using
Jung's Type Theory as a foundation, the Golden Personality Type Profiler unites Psychological Type, Temperament,
Trait, and the empirically supported factor models of personality and generates one comprehensive survey and feedback report.
This
online profile asks individuals to respond to 125 behavior oriented questions, such as how one reacts to various situations.
The online survey is very user-friendly and can be completed in about 15 minutes.
Unlike
other personality assessments, this profiler is unique in that it:
- Is
geared toward identifying behaviors
- Examines
both work and leisure situations
- Includes
thirty-six Facet Scales within the four Global Scales, allowing
individual personalities to emerge
- Has
an additional Global Scale with two additional Facet Scales,
measuring responses to daily stressors
The Golden Personality Type Profiler offers several significant
benefits:
- An
understanding and appreciation of differences in others
- An
ability to capitalize on strengths and to develop balancing and behavioral skills
- Improved communication
- Resolving of interpersonal conflict and improved relationships
- Greater synergy between people
- Increased effectiveness at home and work

Facet
Scales Identify a Person's Individuality
Easy-to-complete
profile uses Global Scales to generate a personality "type,"
while employing Facet Scales to demonstrate a person’s individuality.
The
Facet Scales in the Golden Personality Type Profiler provides an in-depth personality profile that is comprehensive,
accurate, and unique to the individual.
In
addition to assessing traditional personality "types," a number
of identified personality traits are also examined. Personality
traits are combined together in the Global Scales to form
observed constellations of personality types. These paired
traits are called Facet Scales. Each Facet Scale is composed
of two traits (i.e., Talkative—Quiet.) Four Facet Scales are
grouped together and form a Global Scale (i.e.; Extroversion-Introversion)
